"We were very pleased with our purchase. We spent all day looking around Des Moines for a fridge that was around the 500 dollar range. We had all but given up when we found Budget Appliance. They had exactly what we were looking for-and at about 150-200 cheaper than anywhere else! They also delivered the fridge next day for 25 bucks! The fridge itself works perfectly and has everything we were looking for! This place is awesome!"

"I give these guys five stars as they are wonderful to work with. We made a great error in purchasing a dryer that would not hook up as it was electric in our outlet was gas. I called Betty to advise of our air unfortunately they did not have a gas dryer in our price however they were so kind to return our money. Unfortunately it was not that day due to the cash being dropped however they certainly kept their word. I enjoy working with them as they are trustworthy folks"
"I am so pleased with my experience here.. i bought a washer AND dryer WITH a delivery/installation for only 300$! They work GREAT. Cody was the employee who helped me out and he is super knowledgeable with appliances and fast at delivery/installation. Only two guys run this business and they do an excellent job with super cheap and dependable appliances. I'm not sure how anyone could have anything bad to say about this business.. they stand behind their appliances and are more than willing to help out when your appliances break down.. even AFTER the warranty expires.. good luck finding any other appliance stores that does this!"
