"Ordered 2 coffees and a bacon ciabatta sandwich this morning. Was asked 3 times if wanted whipped cream on the one drink and said yes, ended up still not putting any on the drink. Then the sandwich had ONE piece of bacon with the cheese completely melted into the wrapping, none on the actual sandwich."
