"I normally love scooter’s coffee, but here’s my sort of question/statement…. Why do you offer free coffee if your employees are going to be rude about it and do a poor job at making the coffee? Whenever I go to get my coffee at regular price, it’s perfect and I have no complaints. The employees are nice and they give my dogs pup cups. When I go for my free coffee I don’t get a smile, I barely get any eye contact and the coffee is luke warm with hardly any creamer in it and no sugar whatsoever. I come here regardless of whether or not I’m getting something for free, but it’s nice to have that free something every now and again, it helps and makes people want to come back to your business when they do have money to spend because they remember your kindness, but if it’s gonna be this way why bother?"
