"Extremely rude supervisor. We waited for 4 minutes after walking in and she never greeted us. She does not know how to speak to customers. We canceled our order and left. She did not even give us full refund. They were out of 3 of the 5 items that we ordered. She did not even apologize. She was ignored us for a while when we walked in. She was racist. please avoid this location."
"This is my favorite Starbucks. Megan is the sweetest barista ever and even knows my order when I walk in. Since it’s in the middle of a Hy-Vee you kind of have to expect that it’s going to be busy, but she always has my drink on time with the best attitude. I highly recommend this Starbucks spot to anyone! It’s a gem in this Hy-Vee especially when the other Starbucks’ can’t get certain things in."

"I always go to this Starbucks because it's right next to my home, and normally I love it! But today when I went, I was "helped" by a girl named Kasey. I put helped in quotations because she never once greeted me, she just kind of starred at me until I said what I wanted. When we first came to the counter, she was washing dishes. We continued waiting at the counter for around 2 minutes before she walked over to us. She did not say a single word to me during our entire interaction, even when she was done making the drink, I said "thank you!" And she just starred at me again saying nothing. Kasey needs to work on her customer service skills. Normally I would give 5 stars"
