"I will never go back to this location. There is only one person here that I have had a good experience with and I wish I knew her name but every single other employee is so rude and disrespectful. They obviously do not care at all and also have messed up my order multiple times and are even more rude when you ask for the correct order. I will definitely be driving down the road to a different location I can’t believe it is so bad for being brand new. I hope that girl gets all the recognition she deserves there’s no doubt in my mind she is the only reason anyone goes back to this location. Absolute disrespect and seem disgusted to work there. Do not go here just drive a minute down the road to Blaires Ferry or walk into Hy-Vee across the street."

"There is one employee that works in the morning that has been kind. The other staff are rude. I have never had a Starbucks employee scold me for the timing of my mobile order. I was told “since you didn’t give us enough time to make your order, idk if it’ll be ready by the time you get to the window” I’d rather drive a few more minutes out of my to get coffee then ever come here."
