"Today coming in was absolutely terrible. I witnessed a customer throw a doughnut at a workers face but instead of the workers calling the police they were gossiping about it for 1 hour in front of customers and not taking orders. Ridiculous do your job and grow up"
"Nothing but confusion and disorganization in the drive through.. no one knowing what order goes where.. a customer talking having a casual inappropriate conversation to an employee while they are trying to make a drink while no one knows what is going on with orders . I feel bad for the person trying to take orders on headset looking like they are being trained.."
"I waited on line with two other people for over 10 minutes before walking out. The only two employees I could see were having a conversation with someone at the drive through window. One customer, who had apparently already ordered, asked about her drink and the one employee couldn't locate it, but didn't look too hard. Very poor service."
"Lobby is closed due to “under staffing” I ordered in the mobile app so I had no choice but to wait in the drive through line to get my order. So what is normally 30 seconds is now about 20 minutes. Dunkin, you should close down this location until they can figure out staffing. The team there was working hard. They are just short staffed. Close down. Keep paying them. And reopen when you fix it."
