"I have scheduled two massage appointments with Massage Heights. Within two hours of my scheduled time I get a text message saying they have to cancel my appointment due to sickness or family emergency. I have been offered no compensation for the inconvenience and according to the website, I would be charged for 50% of the massage if I were to cancel this short notice. It is not a reliable business and I would recommend going elsewhere."

They were all professional and though It was more oil than I was expecting, that is apparently not uncommon for a Swedish Massage.
