LIVE Hydration Spa West Des Moines is a premier spa located at 9250 University Avenue in West Des Moines, Iowa. Our location at Suite 110 offers a range of services including IV treatments, Infusion Shots, Oxygen Bar, Botox, Fillers, Biote Hormone Therapy, and more. We are open Monday through Sunday, with convenient hours to accommodate your schedule.
We are thrilled to bring the LIVE brand to Iowa, with our first location serving the Des Moines area. In addition to our spa services, we also offer hormone replacement therapy as part of our DPC program. Please note that the products and services provided by our medical staff are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. I have been coming here since this place opened, and I love how friendly and kind the staff is; the owners are a blast to talk to as they actually care and want to get to know you. This place clean and well lit, and their snacks are REALLY good, along with the drinks. There are private rooms available if you got a migraine or are really sick, etc. Don't forget the oxygen bar too! Overall, this is the place to be as they got different treatments for what ever you need."

"Made an appointment last Friday when I wasn’t feeling the best and was greeted by very friendly staff. The NP then talked to me and got a little history and what my current issue was. She assisted with picking the best bag for me and added in nausea medicine to help. Everyone from the moment I stepped in the door, until I walked out the door was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The environment was very calming and clean. The best part was that I finally felt better!"
