"I was on the newer/renovated former hotel side. Beautiful apartment that matches the beautiful service provided. Both building managers I was lucky enough to get to know were spectacular! They are why I felt at home at the Randolph. My only complaints are the thin walls and new exceedingly high prices. The walls allowed me to hear all of the *intimate* goings-on of my neighbors as well as hearing the hallway as if it were inside my apartment. I would’ve stayed barring the high prices."

"There are better places to live downtown but this is a nice, affordable residence in the middle of the city. It is also located across from Hy-Vee for all of your shopping needs."

"Overall: 4 1/2 Stars but Google won't met me. Good: Management is very competent and the Maintenance staff will arrive quickly to fix anything you have a problem with. Apartments are very new with nice appliances in them, including a Washer / Dryer unit in the apartment. Elevator makes going up and down easy, as well as lets mail services deliver straight to your door. Security Door prevents people from coming into the building that don't belong. In the building itself is a nice bar, a very good hair stylist, and a pita pit. While directly across the street is a brand new super market. Never need to freeze meat again, you can just run across for it when you need it. Cons: Prices are downtown prices, so expect this. Downtown noises, such as loud events / parties happen weekly. Mixed: One of the few places to allow large dogs. I never noticed any noise but your mileage may vary. Would live here again, very good apartment complex with wonderful sized rooms. 12 foot ceiling!"
