"Great customer service! After searching for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring at multiple jewelers, I found a near perfect one at Riddles. They said they could customize it for me! It unfortunately took longer to come in then it was suppose to so I wasn't going to be able to take it with me for my destination wedding. The managers sincerely apologized after they worked really hard to try to expedite it in. They then insisted that I come in and pick a replacement band to have for my special day and let me keep it after it for the inconvenience. I appreciate how they handled the situation and grateful to have chose Riddles!"
