"Been with these folks for many years. Formerly, whenever I would call I spoke with someone in Iowa. Now, people working from their homes living wherever answer calls and each time I call I get a different answer. They really are poorly trained and don't seem to care??? I can't reach their Iowa headquarters to advise them of these problems so I hope they read this review."
"The last thing you should have to do when a loved one passes away is spend hours on the phone trying to get someone to help and send you the claim documents, or even more time trying to get someone to help you with questions on the documents. I have lost track as to how many transfers and time has been wasted to still have no help or answers."
"One star is one star too many. This company is the most useless insurance agent I've ever come across. Not helpful at all, and any question asked, the answer is no and just want to take your money. I've been a customer since 1987 which started with a different agent and different insurance company which eventually changed to MetLife and then to Farmers with this agent. Also, the folks answering your phones are rude and need to learn customer service skills. I'm going with another insurance provider who are professionals and are everything your company is not!"
"I work here & I can tell you that the employer I.E the company you work for tells us what we can and cannot do. This is regulated from the contract with the employer to insurance & HIPAA laws. Trust me, it does not make our job much easier."
"I pass the interview I received my confirmation email! They hired me! 2 days before my start date I ask what happened because I don’t know received any email for instructions or information about my start date! Guess what! It was a mistake and they already start without me! No explanation no second change no apologies! Nothing they just don’t need me and anyone in the company were or had the professionalism to even let me know that!!!"
