"Service call on my fireplace by Sherrill James was excellent, worth 5 stars. But, when I called in for this service call I spoke to a management person who I explained that the gas fireplace kept turning on and off on its own. He set up the service call not telling me that a “clean and check”, which is all it needed, would cost $95. Instead he set the call up as a service call ($104) plus labor of another $108. Not pleased at all with the office on this."
