"My son took my truck in to have them fix a flat tire. First the employee were 15 minutes late to work. Then they put my tire back on and just threw the spare tire in the back of the truck. When I called and asked why they didn't put the spare back under the truck, he got an attitude and said something about the roads being wet . not like they had to lay down on a wet road! The truck was already up on the lift, why not put the spare back on?"
"The car flashed low tire. It was freezing out but i thought i would save some money and air it up myself. After wasting $5 on gas stations air. ( they don't work when it's cold) i stopped in to Allstar Tire. 5 minutes later they had checked all 4 tires aired up the low one and were sending on my way. No charge. So i tipped the kid who checked them $ 7 . It was what i had left."
"Not too many places do what they quote you and do a great job. I went in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to get a new tire estimate and agreed to come in the following Tuesday for the job since they had to order in my tire size. Jesse said they open at 7:30 am and they work on the daily jobs first come, first served. I showed up right at 7:30, was second in line (they have two bays) and was out by 8:15 with my new tires installed at the quoted price. Excellent service. Thanks guys."
