"A white man named chase , took my order over the headset extremely disrespectful I called corporate a couple days ago I go almost everyday for a coffee this time I wanted some donuts as well he told me they were out of 3 different donuts I wanted so I asked him to read me off what donuts they do have and he told me I could do that but I don’t want to , and I said okay well read me them off because I literally don’t know what donuts you do have and he said no again and ended up telling me no for anything I asked for he ruined my whole morning. Don’t work there if you don’t want to do your job buddy."
"Never been before. Went to drive-thru. Was told we could order anything and then when I ordered specific donuts they stated they were out or only had 1 or 2 when asked to order 3 or 4. I can understand limited supply but please be careful what is said to customers beforehand. Got home to try the donuts and they did not taste well at all. I do not recommend. Will not go back."
"I've been going to this dunkin for years but today was the final straw. I had 2 lady's in check out they were unpolite during the order process and even more when I payed. The dunking employee sneered and continued being unpleasant shut the window in my face and while my hand was extended with cash. Not a good atmosphere to relax and start your day."
