"I drive 25 miles to come here. They are always nice. Only have had on issue and the manager reclamation the shirt. Came back like new."
"I gave 2 jackets for dry cleaning with no stain. I got one back with a stain. When I asked what happened the person said he didn’t know and offered me Clorox wipes for a dark blue Hugo Boss jacket. I should have read and listened to the other reviews. Avoid this place. I learned the hard way. Never going to use them again."
"Disappointed over the last 4 months. Several times I've asked for shirts to be folded to have them come back hung. At least one shirt every batch has an unseemly and unwelcome crease pressed into it that indicates lack of attention to the pressing machine. And today I went to wear a shirt that I expressly asked for a button repair, waited for the person at intake to mark, only to find no button. I recommend increased training and quality control. Quality has been lost in the the last year and the prices charged here are not in line with the service quality rendered (for the cost per item, I'd expect to be, and like to be, giving 5 stars). I'll update after a few more visits if I remain a customer."
"I dropped off a suit jacket, slacks, and a dress shirt only after talking to the employee expressing when I needed it back by and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Dropped off and 9am and when I returned to pick it up and 5pm the following day as instructed the suit was done but it took them 20 min to find my shirt which was not done. Now I must go purchase another shirt 3 hours before I leave town, first and last time I will ever use this company."
