"The employees at this office are always very helpful and great to work with. They were even nice enough to run a package out to me that the Coralville delivery driver gave to them as a customer pickup when I had already scheduled it for a redelivery attempt."

"I've had a post office box at the North Liberty Iowa location for 11 years. Twice in a row now, they have locked up my mail box with no notice at all! They lock it when you owe them money and you have no access until you pay up. The last time they did this, I had no advance notice and when I came in to pay, they charged me a $25 late fee. This was outrageous since I never knew I owed them anything! Just today they did it again, no notice and it's locked and I can't get my mail! Now they might charge me another $25 late fee, this is a real stab in the back for such a long time, good customer."

"The folks at this location are cordial, professional, and try to help, but they are fighting an uphill battle. It's bad enough that the Coralville carriers (who deliver mail to North Liberty) are constantly making mistakes. On top of this the hours for this office are nearly impossible to work around. I have a full time job in Iowa City and making it over there to pick up a package before the office closes is impossible. If they had just one late day where they closed at 6pm, or a late redelivery option things would be easier. I can't even sign for my packages online. It's hard to run a small side business when it takes a week or more longer then it should to receive your time sensitive supplies."
