"I've placed two orders from them online now. Both arrived quickly and neatly packaged. This most recent order was for a fat eighths bundle and I had reached out to ask if there would be any way to know which color is which since some of the colors are similar. Kristen responded quickly to my email request and went out of her way to write me a list of the colors in order and included it in the shipment (thank you Kristen!!). "Kristen has done the long arm quilting for me on multiple quilts. She is a skilled and experienced quilter who asks all the right questions to make sure you get the quilting look you want. Whenever I need suggestions about thread color and design, she looks at my quilt top with a designers eye and comes up with great ideas for me to consider. I have enjoyed working with her on each quilt and am grateful to have been referred to her!"
"Kristen is amazing and super helpful. She is fast and always orders the best fabrics for us to use. I love her sales and use of social media to stay connected. The fabric comes in pristine condition and is packaged professionally and safe. Update: I've also just received back two quilts that she long arm quilted for me. Customer service was amazing, one of my tops had an issue with squaring and she asked me before hand to fix it and did an amazing job. I couldn't even find where the fix is. And the quilting on both tops is fantastic. Everything was done on time and was very clean and had no scent whatsoever. Highly recommend using Kristen's service for getting your tops quilted."
