"Raul (owner) & his team are PHENOMENAL! They are fast, efficient, thorough, courteous, kind & they go above & beyond! I've used Affordable Movers for 3 different moves now & each time it has just been such a great experience!! This last time I booked them, it had been for a September move date, but 36 hours before the move, there was a change in plans that was out of my control. When I contacted Affordable Movers to reschedule, Raul walked me through what to do about the cancellation fee (since the cancellation was not my choice or his), so I didn't have to pay the fee myself. I then booked them again as soon as I had another move date. The day of that rescheduled move, the team moving me didn't show up when Raul told me they'd arrive, so I called him. Come to find out, because of my previous booking that got canceled, the next booking didn't get put on their schedule. I panicked internally, but before I could verbalize my panic, Raul said - without hesitation - that he would get a team out to get me moved ASAP that day. Raul went out of his way to make sure I got moved that day! I was soooo grateful!!! They wrapped my 2 curio cabinets & many other pieces of furniture and took great care in loading & unloading everything. And they chatted with me as I observed & tried to stay out of their way - they even managed to chat with my neighbor, but never slowed down or missed a beat on getting the job done in a timely manner! Plus, the adjustable base bed we have is VERY HEAVY & they lifted it and moved it like it was a toothpick! All of the guys on the team that I've dealt with are great guys! Thank Raul! You have a great team working for you! Everyone I've dealt with has been AWESOME! Keep up the great work!!"
