"While Ive had positive interactions with nearly every bus driver ( why I gave at least 3 starts) what happened on 03/21/2024 @ 7:30 is too much. I did not know airport bus leaves early at the 7:30 hour. When I asked the lady behind the counter to ask the to wait she just said it's the school hour... I had no way of know that; not posted anywhere, and no warning they were leaving. I had to say please ask them as I was running out to try to stop the bus. As I approach the bus was already out of the terminal. I was going g to try to stop her, and she opens her window and proceeds to YELL at me IM COMING BACK AROUND! when I told her not a to yell at me ( because I'm a human and deserve not to be yelled at e en though I accidentally made more work for her) she said 'you yelled at me!" I had not even talked to her up until that point.... and shes representing the city..."
"The busses are fine, great infact! But this new route map, and app and the way the app add is there and is a permanent pop up.. is awful.. and the app is seriously confusing.. I worked in IT for 6 years and I would rather have the PDF.. anyone who is older or under 10 good luck.. and the app asks for money to use the features.. that's garbage.. come on keep it simple... It's a bus.. it goes one way then the other."

"The lady at the counter NEEDS to be fired. Every time we go to purchase a bus pass she is completely disrespectful. My fiancé was trying to get a new bus pass and the lady looked right at us and said no before we could even say anything."
"Literally scared for my life when some of them drive. Many other great drivers. Dispatch can be very rude depending on who you get. Over priced for the hours available. They don't give you change back and also some will shame you very loudly if you are short a nickle. No easy way to track tickets sold to specific customers and some drivers refuse to stop at some of the stops."
