"Eric Woods was a great help. Flowers I ordered for a funeral through a 3rd party vendor were not delivered on time and their customer service indicated that the flowers would not be delivered in time for the funeral. Eric was able to create a beautiful arrangement and delivered it himself with less than a half hour before the viewing. Without Eric going above and beyond, I am not sure that any flowers would have arrived at all. Highly recommend this florist for all your needs."
"My experience was horrible with the floral ladies, they were very rude and disrespectful! I ordered flowers online yesterday to be sent somewhere and they were never received. I called and told them what was going on, promised to give me my money back. When I arrived, they were rufusing to give me my refund. Saying it wasn't there fault and practically saying it was mine. The only fault I have is ordering flowers from these rude ladies, I told them to forget about it and I went to the store manager. He was very helpful and treated me with respect, I got my money back. That is the only reason I give this place a star, was because he actually treated me like a human being. Unlike the floral ladies, now I know to never order from them again! Won't be visiting Hy-Vee for a while!!"
