"Decently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only bad experience I had was receiving an order I had placed online for a dash cam. When I picked it up and got it home I discovered the mounting bracket was broken. Took it back to the store and was given some parts from another package, which I later discovered was also broken. When I went back for the third time, they just took the product back and issued a refund without trying to replace the broken product. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted a functioning product that I had payed for."
