"This clothing store chain is a joke! I placed an order on June 7th. Went to the store 3 different times only to be told my order wasn't in yet. Everyone who helped me at the store seemed very lost! I get an email on the 29th of June. My order has been canceled for not picking it up. I call customer service apparently my order wasn't able to be fulfilled. Would of been nice to know as soon as I tried to place the order. Well they sure charged my card and sent me emails to pick up my order. All they would offer me for wasting my time was $5 buck's. What a joke."
"I love shopping at TCP stores, however, this one has bad customer service!! Two of the three employees where sitting ontop of the counter on their cellphones. Mind you there was people in the store shopping other than us!!"
