"I feel as if each time I shop here that I am ignored by staff. Perhaps it’s my age? When they see that I spend a great deal amount of money on what I want, the attitudes change! It’s very obvious! I wish they would treat every shopper with the dignity and respect they all deserve! I have taken to shopping Buckle online now and take my returns back here only! Sad!!"
"i would give NO stars if i could ! i was at this store recently and was humiliated by a staff member. i was there for a new outfit to wear to my upcoming birthday dinner and sabrina made me feel like i was too fat to fit in any of the clothes there. i would take something to the fitting room and felt eyes on me the whole time i was in the store. when i was in the room, i heard laughing and whispering after i asked for a larger size from sabrina . on my way out, i heard her say to try the tractor supply store and called me a cow . it was the first and probably only time i will be at buckle . i couldnt believe i was treated that way for no reason . it ruined my birthday . i was reached out to by corporate but i am not confident that my experience was handled appropriately"

"Way too expensive. $60 pair of jeans had a hole in them before 6 months. $40 pair, hole in same spot in less than a year. Buckle is overrated, BUT THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN KIND TO ME."
