"Super disappointed with my experience. I don't have high expectations but I do have expectations. Walking into the Spencer store I was greeted with a welcoming greeting. And that's where my experience stopped being pleasant. Not one person that worked there helped one of the 10 people that were in the store. 3 people working all of them behind the counter talking to each other and a female that was just hanging out not buying anything. The shoes I was looking for I found but only after I searched the whole section of hey dudes. Nothing matched what was on display nor were the sizes in order. It was a mess. When I brought my shoes to the counter there was food behind the counter and I was told to buy water and stain repellant. I would of if maybe just maybe one of them would of helped me find my shoes. When I said thanks maybe if you would of helped me I would have. I was treated even more rudely. Super disappointed with the customer service and will not shop Spencer's store any more.."
