"This has been a perfect spot for my mom for several years. We have had a few issues with the Geothermal working correctly, but it seems that has been corrected, but winter will tell the story best. The staff has always tried to make my mom feel like she is important and this space is perfect for her needs. 2 car garage and additional storage with laundry is extremely helpful. Most of the neighbors are very courteous and friendly. I am thankful that my mom is able to still afford this and the Hubbell staff tries to retain their residents."

"I am grateful for the people who designed, built, and maintain complexes like this. My apartment ticks SO MANY of the boxes: reasonable rent, bright & spacious living areas, lots of storage, in-unit laundry, beautiful appliances, attached garages, zero entry(!), attention to snow removal, a club house (with exercise equipment, computer access and gathering space), and a courteous staff who appreciates the tenants! (The only thing I could wish for is a step-in shower in one of my bathrooms.)"
