"Right off the bat the OWNER doesn’t know what a real or fake ID is and interrogated me for 10 minutes over a battery threatening to take my ID away and confiscate it because it felt flimsy and out of state, no card reader or anything just someone on a power trip. Also why would someone from Illinois where weed is legal, proceed to travel to Iowa where it’s illegal and again all over a 15$ battery"
"I am so happy to have a new Vape shop in town. I went last night apologizing for coming in with only 10 minutes to spare. The female there acted as if it weren't a big deal and was very helpful and extremely nice. I am so happy I no longer need to go to the other smoke and novelty shop in Ankeny as the people who work there seem to have no personalities and seem highly put out when having to help customers.
