"Love there seats!!! Recliners make me feel like I am right at home!"
"Waited in line 15 minutes at the concession counter to have our tickets scanned because the entrance counter was not staffed. There was no power to the seat when we got there. The seat was fully reclined so the attendants should have noticed when prepping the theater"
"I firstly want to say that I LOVE coming to this theater. I have A List and really enjoy all of the benefits that come with it. The staff are so kind and helpful. Very friendly. The main issue is the amenities and maintenance. There are a number of stalls in the women's restrooms that lack locks. Because there are no locks, they cannot close. It is infrequent that both soda machines work properly at the same time, and one does not dispense ice. One of the bigger theaters has a medium-sized mark on the right side of the screen that can be seen throughout the movie. I recognize the employees really can't do anything about this. As someone who comes to the theater regularly, the issues don't really bother me. I just work around them like they're normal. However, it is unfair that the employees are subject to complaints about these issues all the time yet they aren't fixed. I have seen the frustrations other customers express to the employees (not always kindly), and I feel bad for them. I hope this is resolved soon."
"In a world of streaming and “chilling” going out to a proper cinema lends a break from the day to day and escape to another world of fairytales and cinematic visions. AMC offers comfortable seating (reclining and heated!), great sound system and cozy rooms, not gigantic stadium seating, so every seat feels like a good seat for movie watching. Deals are offered for certain showtimes, days and for mega hits they offer $5 Fan Faves. Come out and support a local movie theater so that we as a community can continue to have an option for taking part in storytelling, art and other human endeavors."
"Like it that is always very peaceful the popcorn never disappoint and the bar. Love how it's always a controlled temperature inside of the movie theater it just makes the whole experience more pleasant."
