"I ordered online. I was missing the main meal when it was delivered. I checked the receipt online and it said it was "out of stock. " It was a stir fry bowl where you pick out your own ingredients. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL OR TEXT TO SAY IT WASN'T AVAILABLE. NO ONE ASKED IF I WANTED A REPLACEMENT ITEM. When I called to inquire about it, the girl simply said, "Yeah. That can be frustrating. " That was it. Nothing else, not even an apology. So much for customer service. So after driving all day, I'm having a couple of pot stickers and a California roll. Don't waste your time or your money."
"I have ordered the Chicken and Vegetables here for years. It has always been my favorite. They used small pieces of chicken breast and a great variety of veggies. Now they use some sort of fatty/rubbery chicken that looks to be grilled (might be from the freezer section) and is cut into huge strips and the only vegetables I got were 2 slices of carrot and the rest was celery. It was so gross. Ended up throwing it away after a few bites. This is the 2nd time it has been that way. I thought the first time was a fluke but now I know not to get it again. What a bummer."
