"My grandfather took my dog to get a grooming yesterday morning and we were expecting a normal groom (bath, nails clips, hair touch up the usual you know?) She was brushed so she had no matting or probable cause to shave. They never called or let us know they were going to either. Our long haired saint of 3 and a half came home shaved. They bathed her then shaved her. Didnt cut her nails either. Let's just say we aren't taking her back here."
