"Much needed spot in a downtown that has a food desert. Clean, in a cool building. As a downtown resident, happy they are here. I've never had anything but good service. Im going to add I wish they would extend their hours. I understand after the pandemic, things changed, but this place is needed."

"Multiple times I've come here only to realize they changed their closing time again. Closing at 6 downtown is so stupid imo. Might as well shut it down."

"This store opened well I was homeless, i use to go in every morning buy breakfast, coffee and charge my phone well waiting for the bus. After about 3 months of being opened they no longer allowed anyone to charge their phones in store even if the bought something and stopped allowing people accesses to the bathroom. I'm sick of corporations deciding that homeless people deserve less even when they are paying customers. Do better kum n go Aka: I'm not homeless anymore"

"Had a question and got told the associate can't focus bc they have a line and proceeded to hang up on me. Definitely could understand why this new location has such bad reviews. Worked in Hospitality all my life and I would never dream of responding like that to a customer. I hope all these reviews hopefully are a learning experience for this location."

"Worst experience I've EVER had in a gas station. I could not believe the rudeness from the employee Regina J. We went to cash out and my fiance wanted to get a chew. She immediately looked around at the loitering kids and assumed we were buying tobacco for underage kids! My fiance is 46 and was buying it for himself. She denied to sell to us and continued to degrade us and interrupt us. She then leaned in pointed at him and said "I've dealt with you before" we live in a different state and have never stepped foot in that store. She wouldn't bag our stuff we paid for because she was yelling at us. She even continued to call the cop ON US!!! The cop talked to us for 30 seconds and agreed it was ridiculous and said we were in the right and he seemed annoyed because he said he was in the middle of an arrest that was significantly more important than the scene she causing. I've never been treated so unprofessional before. The other lady who worked there was kind of in shock and she was trying to correct her coworkers behavior. She in the end helped us bag our stuff so we could leave I think her name is Rhonda thank you and you are the beacon of hope at that store."
