"Jeff English can't operate a store. It's 7am and the doors are still closed and he's inside answering the phone but turning customers down. His bad customer service and professionalism just lost at minimum a twice daily customer. One store that is sure giving the franchise a terrible rep. I asked for a number to coorperate, and got the nice "I am Coorperate" response. Won't be going back any time soon even though it's the closest store."
