"I am disappointed by the number of five-star reviews for this grocery store. Despite being a loyal customer for the past two years, I have repeatedly encountered expired food items from this store. I stopped buying meat last fall after receiving slimy meat for the third time, and the recent incident with expired eggs was the final straw. It's unacceptable to be sold eggs that expired two weeks ago. When I contacted the store to request a replacement, they insisted on seeing a receipt. Given that I have been a regular shopper for two years, I find it ridiculous that they would ask for a receipt for something as basic as eggs. In my opinion, this store needs a health inspector to address these issues. I'm disgusted by the poor quality of their food."
"If you live in Williamsburg dont get your food delivered to you because It has been 2 1/2 hours that it has been riding around and I’m gonna have to throw away all my meat so dont get you food from there. Delivered anyway. Then when you call and ask them about it all they do is yell at you. So I take that as a lot of people have called and complained about it. If they can’t even answer one question without getting mad. Never again! Now I hope that they got rid of my card information I’m gonna have to watch my accounts."
"This is a wonderful store. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful every time I've been here. The selection of Fresh Produce, meat and variety of items rivals larger chain stores. The owners should be commended for how well stocked the shelves are kept and on their staff. I expect a minimum of Outstanding Customer Service from all businesses. I have yet to receive nothing less than Exceptional Service here. You all deserve a giant KUDOS!
