"Went here few months ago for abscess on my back, staff was great and no issues. Called today to try to get an appt to get a mole looked at and the lady wasn’t very pleasant. She stated due to my insurance it would be 3 month wait and I asked if something had changed since I had been there before with no issues and she said something about staff being approved for it, I didn’t understand what that meant. I told her I wouldn’t want to wait that long due to previous cancer and she didn’t care, she never even asked my name and, never said sorry or offered to try to work with me. Disappointed with her uncaring attitude and lack of trying to help a previous satisfied client."

"Michon was so amazing! I have been looking for a dermatologist for a while, but have put it off for over 7 years. I was actually going to go to another derm, but they never picked up their phone and when I went to google saw that they had horrible reviews. After some research i saw that Skin Iowa had the best reviews by far. I took a chance and I am SO thankful that I did. I wish i would have found out about them earlier! I have told all my family & friends about them! I was able to get in the next day, get a spot checked out that I was worried was skin cancer, have it frozen off & have my previously un-diagnosed rosacea looked at and a prescription sent in all within 45 minutes of being in the office. I have a follow up in 4 weeks and am so thankful for finding this place! The waiting room and patient rooms are BEYOND beautiful and clean, well lit & very very inviting.
