"We've been going here for almost 8 years now but since losing there original doctor, doctor Howard (which no one wanted to mention until we scheduled our appointment! This place has been going down the drain!! They don't want to answer there phones, I've tried calling to inform them we're changing locations, but since they don't want to answer there phones and I'm not legally required to inform them and I'm definitely not wasting my time anymore on them! I've emailed, I've been waiting on hold for almost an hour now! Prime example of why we're leaving! Staff have an attitude like they don't want to be there and the new doctors are controlling! Dr. Howard was amazing and were soo sad to see him gone! The last few good doctors are gone now! Thankfully I was able to get them in with my doctor who is caring, understanding and is absolutely amazing!!"

"I have been coming to Dr. Megan since my daughter was 2, had been seen at mercy Peds since my daughter was born she continually gets these croupy/sealy coughs since she was 1 , I had called in 3 times today wanting to speak with Dr. Megan’s nurse I was not called back by a nurse AT ALL and was not told Dr Megan was not in the office , the lack of communication is disheartening and disgusting … I waited all day to See if I needed to take her to be seen or if they could call her in medication like they have in the past. The staff nor the nurses were helpful after telling me they did have availability then come to find out they don’t! I’ll be speaking with Dr Megan and the office manger regarding this disgusting lack of communication."

"I have always had a pleasant experience here especially with Dr. Sunita Kumar and her nurse Vaneetha. ❤️ They have cared for all 4 of my kids since infancy. My oldest Is turning 8 and my youngest 4 mo. I travel 40 minutes to and from because I Know they are the best in the business. They are so helpful and caring. They come highly recommended if you want good quality genuine care for your family"

"This is a sad place to have to call and the person answer is so rude and disrespectful and think you gonna be nice to her. No. I don't get it don't place no one on hold and never tell them and hang up and then have to keep calling back. Ugh. Next why have to call each month to get a prescription fill and the nurse never answer or call the prescription in just have to keep calling for them. Then the same o person answering the phone rude I call her tells you have to call all the pharmacy and see if one of them have the prescription. Hell no. Not my job to do that's why the doctor can do it. Ugh. My child been going here since he was a baby. Now I think it's time to go somewhere else. That has more professional about themselves."
