"Do not go here. They violated HIPPA multiple times and also sneakily charged me for ‘therapy’, when the appointments were just regular med checks. I should have reported this facility when I found out. The most incompetent staff too, they shouldn’t even have a license to practice."

"As a med management facility, they cannot keep a clinician that can handle the needs of those they serve. Furthermore, they do not answer the phone for med management questions. They used to be a small, friendly facility and have grown into a corporation where mental health needs are not their priority. They are more concerned about quantity when it comes to services."
"Definitely one of the worst therapist I've been to. Their therapist make it very clear that they are there for their money and that's it. The only good person they had there left. Now I see why. I thought Noelle was good but found out quickly that was BS as well after she refused to see me again when I missed my appointment. I missed the appointment because I was in a car accident and ended up in the ER but they didn't care about that. Wouldn't even bother returning my call to tell me that or return my call for a refill on medication. Instead they just left me to quit my medication because I had no refills. If you are serious about your mental health my suggestion is to find a different place because Covenant does not care about you."
"I’ve been seeing Tanner Clark there for almost a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. I was opposed to having a male therapist (just my own personal preference) but was recommended to him and told he was a good fit for me. Really happy I gave him a chance because he’s one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. Very kind, respectful, and accommodating and always goes out of his way to make sure I feel comfortable and safe. Just an all around great person in general. 11/10 would recommend."
