"I had issues caused by a bunion and consulted with a different orthopedic group. I was not comfortable with how quickly they suggested surgery, booking the procedure without an MRI. When I met with Dr. Butler, he spent almost an hour with me, discussing all the options, including one nonsurgical option. The procedure was exactly as he explained and his team has been wonderful to work with. I had trouble with my cast, and they got back with me within the hour, My husband had knee replacement in September with a different DMOS doctor, and it too went well. I highly recommend Dr. Butler and the DMOS team."
"Urgent care could use some work. Came in for a leg injury. The doctor who helped me felt dismissive. I was sent home with no instructions and when to hear from someone regarding possible surgery. I had to call the clinic to get an update on what was going on"
"Went to dmos on July 6th for a injury I later found out was torn ligaments was told nothing is wrong, no mri given, nothing. I switched to Iowa Ortho. Doc I had at dmos had terrible bedside manner, he was young and was too quick to shove me out the door. I will not recommend this place. I could of had this issue resolved months and months ago. Now I am looking at surgical measures. When this could of been avoided by just listening to me. If I could give a zero star I would."
"I always get great care here. One thing is that their check-in process needs to be revamped. Lacks privacy. Need more check-in employees for the busier times of day. The people coming in, line up right behind where others are checking in, and go right out the door."
"It's a very well run facility with EXCELLENT Staff top to bottom. Easy to get to with easy parking. I've never had to wait long past my appointment time and everything is efficient, in and out quickly."
