"Amber "Nicky" Greene is simply the best. After my PCP left the clinic, I transferred to Nicky. I've never felt rushed during any appointment and always feel like she has my best interest at heart. She takes the time to listen and understand what the issue truly is. She is willing to be more progressive versus the traditional medical "standards" we are normally accustomed to. The staff that works alongside Nicky are some of the most friendly and caring nurses and employees I have met at the clinic."

"I don't mind my doctor now but I miss my old doctor. Seems like every time I call and need an appointment it's always weeks out. This time when I got it scheduled I told the lady I needed it for Friday since I live 45 mins away and will be in town that day. Not sure if she doesn't know her days or what but now I'm at urgent care because she scheduled it for Thursday instead of Friday. I'll be looking for a different doctor closer to home since it's just really inconvenient to try scheduling an appointment as is and then they don't listen and get the wrong day on the phone. Only two stars because I like my doctor"

"It was my first time visit to this medlabs. I didn't feel welcome at all! the front lady (didn't catch her name) but she had short gray hair and tons of colorful arm tattoo's. Her tone of voice was as if me being there was a bane on her day. She was dry, rude and short with her repsonses. "Yea, sure, mhm, have a good day" Not good for the front end when entering a place where people need help or health care. Much rather to go back down to CR even if this one is local. Horrible service"

"Visiting a doctor's office is awful. Patients are feeling miserable. Doctors and nurses can be short and irritable and if u catch a receptionist who likes a power trip it's tough to deal with. I've been to unity bout 4 times since November and they have been beyond helpful, accommodating, and just all around awesome each and every time!! Truly appreciate there kindness and compassion!!!!!"

"This Unity Point clinic is terrible!! I have been a patient there for 2 years. Callbacks were rare if ever. Refills took 2 to 4 weeks on a regular basis. Well over ten times, i called back to check on refills that i get monthly, and the nurse would have nothing written down from my previous communication with a nurse. On three occasions, it took over a month to get a call back, and that was after i called 3 times and spoke one on one with a nurse. My first three visits, the doctor didn't even do a physical exam, but i got a hefty bill that says she did. I switched to Mercy Family Medicine Specialists and discovered how a clinic is supposed to be run. They are absolutely fantastic!!"
