Our North Ankeny clinic is one of two locations in the city, with the main Ankeny Campus offering a wide range of specialized services in addition to Family Medicine and Primary Care. Serving the Des Moines area and surrounding communities, including Bondurant, Elkhart, Grimes, Polk City, and Saylorville, we aim to meet and exceed the healthcare needs of our patients.

"The nurses here are totally incompetent. Be careful what you send in the portal because if they misread it or don’t understand they’ll just terminate you as a patient without even discussing it or asking questions. It takes days sometimes a week to get your medication refilled or get test results they just add a note in the portal that they called and left a message when they don’t and if you ask questions they get snippy with you. They treat you like you’re inconveniencing them even though that’s literally their job is to take care of patients and answer questions which they don’t do. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you were dying and they were the only ones open."
"Took us DAYS to get back results that were sent to the doc same day. I never did receive a call from the doctor I received an email in my portal after I let them know I had question there was still no contact until I filed a complaint. After I filed a complaint I received a call from a nurse claiming the had been calling. I do not believe that no calls came through until after my complaint. I never did get to speak to my provider and I have real concerns that brought me in for the first time in 10 YEARS. I would not recommend for any reason. I feel gas lit and ignored."

"Nice clinic even traveling from outside of West Des Moines. The staff is nice and welcoming. Dr. Sinklier is fantastic! He is super nice, friendly and listens well to your concerns. He comes up with a plan with you that you feel good about. He is great with OMT treatment too! Each time I have left the clinic I feel great knowing that my health/concerns are taken care of and in good hands. I could go to a clinic minutes from my house but I feel comfortable going to this clinic with Dr. Sinklier even if it is 30 min away. Worth the drive!"
"I absolutely loved having Dr. Sinklier as my family doctor. He took such good care of my husband and I! He is very professional, kind, and dedicated. He always took the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated him and his staff because they were so thorough. I'm bummed we moved from such a good doctor but wish him and his practice all the best!"
