"Does great work. I had my sink snaked and the employee charged me for parts I didn't need or want. When I called the office to explain why I shouldn't have to pay $41.52 for unnecessary parts I didn't want they said there was nothing they could do, their explanation was that the tech broke some parts when he snaked the drain. That's why I got charged. If a company comes into your house to provide a service and they break something.... shouldn't they pay to fix it? Not me? .... If you put a hole in my wall walking in do I have to pay for that too? That's what got me upset, and their unwillingness to work with me on it. Inherited the business not the business sense. Sink works great. But going to shop around next time I need help. Enjoy the extra $41.52 now, because someone else gets my money next time."
