Very rude people that just get annoyed when asked about your vehicle. Had it for weeks and had the parts for days and didn’t even touch it when it was scheduled to get in weeks ago. Turn and run from this service department. It’s absolutely atrocious!"

"Nice folks. Loaned Me a car when My repairs took longer than expected. I’m sorry…. But to pay $1450 to replace an AC compressor and a pressure sensor is asinine! GM charges $555 for a Compressor that I can buy on Amazon for $150. The other parts were 3X higher as well. Labor was quoted at 3.1 hours. Charged out at $552. Do the math. I know dealers rip you a new one but come on!!! This is ridiculous! Then…. The cherry on the sundae……. If I used a credit card, there was a 3% upcharge. As if charging you triple for a repair wasn’t enough. Sad sad sad"
