"Have had nothing but problems with the front desk girls, I work in a medical office and have never treated a patient they way I’ve been treated every time I go there! I’ve had one of them snatch my phone out of my hand while waiting for my appointment because she couldn’t hear me reading my member ID on my medical insurance card. I had also recently made an appointment and was encouraged to not come into the clinic and to go to urgent care instead of my scheduled appointment even though this was not an emergency situation. Decided when it came time for my appointment I wouldn’t go to the appointment since they didn’t seem to want to see me anyways."

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Jason Kopp DO, and it was a fantastic experience. From the beginning, I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment. The office is well-kept and inviting, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, making me feel welcome. Despite the busy Monday schedule, they got me into my room promptly, which I appreciated. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism, and they efficiently addressed my concerns. I received two vaccinations and a pneumonia shot, as well as a flu shot, and I didn’t feel any pain thanks to their careful approach. They ensured I was comfortable during the process, including when taking my blood pressure. Dr. Koop himself was friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to address all of my concerns and conducted a thorough examination. I left the clinic feeling extremely satisfied with my visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.”"

"I saw Meaghan on June 26. I needed a referral to a specialist. 4 weeks later no referral. I have called 2 days in a row. I have been transferred to the referral desk. They say they will contact me. This system is seriously broken. I have never before been treated so badly by a medical clinic"

"It's not a bad clinic. However I can't support the use of a third party to gather my information. This clinic uses Phreesia, which is a privacy unfriendly company that manages the entire check in process. There's no reason to involve an adversarial party into the mix that gathers personal information."

"I had to cancel appointments due to not being able to get off work. I notified the clinic of the cancellation the moment that I got denied leave from work. I never once no showed an appointment without cancelling. I have left that job and have a much better employer now. However I received a notification that they were dropping me as a patient because I had to cancel for reasons that were completely out of my control. I called the clinic and attempted to explain this to them. I was told that I should leave a message for the clinic administrator who would be out and returning to the office on 2/18. The message was left on 2/15. On 2/23 I hadn't received a call back or even an attempt of one so I called again. I spoke to someone and had to explain the entire thing again. I was placed on hold and never got to speak to the administrator (as I was originally instructed by one of their employees to do) only to the person who answered the phone. They would not listen or take into consideration my circumstance with my former employer. They didn't even have the decency to return a call or let me speak to the person they told me to go to. I do not recommend this clinic unless you are 100% certain you're not going to have circumstances beyond your control force you to cancel."
