"I am that mom that cries when my son does at drop off in the morning and I struggle not turning around and taking him right back home. We recently started with this day care center after a couple really bad care experiences so I was extremely anxious about. I cannot rave enough about how accommodating and reassuring they have been with my constant check ins and worries. I love being sent pictures and able text I see his meals, naps and diaper changes through the app. Im so glad we went with frog hollow."
"If your child has any sort of diagnosed disability, I would be very cautious in sending them here. After thoroughly explaining his disability and behavior to the director and teachers, and being assured that they were able to accommodate it, he was still asked to leave the state-funded preschool program for 4 year olds after literally only seven hours of interaction. They explained it was because he was disruptive to the other kids, who have a right to an education (which apparently my son did not have). The teachers were not at all prepared even though we were extremely upfront with them about everything. It was very clear to me they were only willing to give an education to children who could sit in their seats and follow directions without question. Luckily, his previous private preschool was able to make room for him again, and strange, but they had no issues in handling his disability. I am sharing this to save another family from the pain of having to deal with a ridiculous and probably illegal preschool expulsion."
