"Edit: Because I'm being threatened and told this is slander. You terminated care the first time questions were asked TO YOUR STAFF about bruises and concerns that her older children were raising to her. Instead of talking to her, you texted her and informed her you were terminating care. There were never incident reports (that are mandatory) when her children were coming home with bruises. No one is telling you that the bruises occurred there, no one was accusing, there were questions that ANY parent would be asking. Previously it was the 2 and 3 year old that would say "I fell on the rocks". Once her older children started to attend in the mornings and they made observations, the below incident occurred and YOU chose to not engage in the concerns that were raised to your staff and instead brush it under the carpet by terminating care. That said, of course you always have the right to terminate care for any reason. You however were extremely unprofessional and really seemed like you took a inquiry into one of your cared for kids safety as an attack instead of handling it the way a child CARE provider would generally do. Care was terminated with no notice through text message effective the next day because my girlfriend was asking questions about bruises her son is coming home with. She was being told by her older children 8 and 11 that her son, 3, was being put in time out much more than other children, was being grabbed by the wrist and dragged, and being yelled at. When these concerns were raised with workers at the facility it got back to the director who then texted her and told her that "Today is the last day we will be providing care for your children.""

"Our child attended Kinderworld from age of 2 to 5. She graduated in May 2018 to head to kindergarten. We had a wonderful experience. All the teachers were attentive, and always helpful and kind on all situations. Give the owner grace to get back to when you call. I recommend email being a better means of communication as she is busy."

"Edited 5/18/23 - I've had children at this center for 4 years now, and I'm still very happy with it. My kids are learning and playing every day, and they love going. The staff knows them well and they know the staff, and I know my kids are well cared for when they're at daycare. I can't think of a single day the center has been unexpectedly closed over those 4 years, which is huge since my spouse and I have to report to work in-person. The staff is great, my child loves their teachers and is excited to go to "school" every day. They've remained open through the pandemic and I'm so grateful to have them!"
