"As a DIY homeowner I was a little hesitant going to IQ Paint since they are a distributor of products generally not used by the general public. I was worried that I'd be quickly dismissed since I'm not a professional painter or contractor. I was so pleasantly wrong! Owners Roman and Yulia took great care of me. Roman spent more than an hour educating me on what was (and was not) important in the process I was going to be taking in painting my kitchen cabinets. He was gracious with his time, super friendly, and very informative. In order for you to have a 5-star experience, it might be important to know what IQ Paint is and what it is not. IQ Paint is a distributor for Centurion Wood Coatings, a U.S. brand that makes high-quality, durable, chemical-resistant paint-related products. These are not cheap products, so expect to spend well more than twice what you might spend at a big-box home improvement store. However, these are also products made to last. In my case, I want my cabinets to end up looking like they came straight from the factory and have a life-time of durability. Second, the owners are involved in other activities which means that the store isn't open at regular hours. It is by appointment only. In my experience, the owners were very good about prompt communication and I was able to make an appointment the next day. Third, the products are specialty products that need to be used with sprayers, personal safety gear, etc. It's wise to understand a few things about 2k paint products prior to going here. With all that understood, you'll be hard pressed to find better customer service than you'll find at IQ Paint. I HIGHLY recommend."
