"They did not show up at scheduled time, so we had to accommodate our plans. They quoted us $120, but charged $160. They didn't even vacuum first, were there only 20 minutes and the floors did not loor or even smell any better afterwards. It's like they poured a little water on the carpet, sucked it up and was ready to get off for their Friday night plans. Extremely disappointed!"
"What a great company! My house had a basement flood due to a sump pump failure. Joe Alger came at 11:30 pm to help extract the water. I was tired, sick with a cold and very stressed out. He has a calming demeanor. He said not to worry, and to just go to bed. When I woke up in the morning the water was gone and the carpet and pad removed. He came back in a few days to help advise my contractor how high to cut out my drywall. My bill was half of what many of my friends paid for their water extractions. Great attitude, Great work, and a Great Price. I would use them again for sure. :)"
"Duraclean did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets! Joe, the technician who cleaned our carpets, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and and answered any questions we had. He also took extra care while cleaning the areas we were most concerned about, including an orange juice stain and an area that had been flooded. The carpet looks beautiful now, and there is no evidence of any of the stains. We also like that this is a family business, and would recommend Duraclean to anyone in the area!"
