"Ice Cream is better than Dairy Queen but they are NEVER open. It is 2:20 pm, I drove from Keokuk, And of course its closed with another sign up saying that they left to go on a walk. Never again - 4th time in a row - peak hours and nada. Fort madison has a great ice cream place. Ill drive there from now on. This place here might as well shut down... They arent ever open anyway."
