"Terribly expensive. Those useless 15 min home video visits are outrageous. I have insurance and it will take me 3 years to pay off this debt. Beware. I am glad I only got like 3 of them. You need help, phone a friend."

"Do not go to this place at all. Very bad experience, they started to wean a family member off Lithium to change to new med. Should have monitored him at least every 2 weeks. No instead kept canceling appointments for about 2 months. He fell hard lost is friends and full time job. He had done so good for the last 5 years and now back to the very beginning. So upsetting"

"Would not recommend to my worst enemy…this place NEVER calls for rescheduling and then the receptionist gets mad and snippy when you are frustrated because you have no meds and the people who are being paid to set up appointments can’t even do their simple job of calling people back. This place is awful and the reviews are spot on! Seasons center is by far one of the worst mental health help facilities out there, the people who are supposed to be “helping” us, just make our lives harder by not doing their jobs correctly. There needs to be an overhaul on this facility."

"They are very racist. Im Buddhist. They got very angry and hostile toward me when I said I don’t believe in Jesus. Super unprofessional. Dan Ries should be ashamed. Terrible."

"I don't normally write reviews, but I feel this place deserves a good one with what I experienced with them today... I called Seasons yesterday and talked to some lady about getting started with a therapist. She transferred me to leave a voicemail for intake, and said they will call me within 24 hrs. I got a call back from Dawn White this morning, and she was super helpful! She helped me with getting signed up, and explained a lot to me. We were on the phone for 35 minutes! She thoroughly answered all of my questions, and was so respectful! Tonight when I went to fill out the forms Dawn had sent me, I was having trouble. It was 4:48 pm (2 minutes before they close) and I called the intake department for assistance. Some lady named Penny was extremely helpful as well. Especially with her shift being over. We were on the call for 36 minutes! She took the time to send herself the same forms I was trying to sign, and tried to figure it out with me. Even though we didn't get it figured out (probably a computer thing), she continued to explain how the process goes, and the grants and programs they offer. She could have gotten off the phone at anytime after she looked at the trouble with the email, but she chose to help me with getting things started. I haven't started being seen here yet, but my first impression was great so far! I am looking forward to going her for my therapy! ... I really appreciate how you ladies helped me with this process today! Thank you so much!"
