"Why is it SO difficult to make an appointment here? Tracy, the accountant for Amanda Young never answers the phone. Then when you leave her a message she doesn’t get back to you. I had to call four separate times until someone finally picked up and they gave me an attitude when I told them I needed to be seen. I’m seriously considering transferring to a different clinic because this is absolutely ridiculous."

"Don't tell people you open at 7:30 for labs when the doors don't get unlocked until about 7:37. There has been many instances this has happened to me. I've complained about it multiple times and nothing still is being done about it. You want people to be on time or early for appointments, but yet you are late opening your doors."

"It should never be so difficult to reach someone. Scheduling is ridiculous and once you make it to your appointment you wait nearly an hour for them to see you for 5 mins and shove you out the door. This is the kind of place that's bought out by big pharma and insurance companies they don't actually value people's health."
