"I took my 14 month in and was treated very poorly. Brooke was extremely rude, and down right demeaning. She wasn’t happy with what I was asking, and made a comment that she was going to charge me full price to do no work. He sat so well, only moving once and she said she didn’t want to get cut. I left in tears"
"No longer a walk-in salon. Check-in online is a joke. 12:30pm and they are already “full” through closing at 8pm. I’m not sure what you would classify this salon as anymore - you can’t get an appointment, and you can’t walk-in. Terrible way to run a business."
