Talked to me about what I wanted, listened to what I was asking for, pulled up some pictures to have a visual, discussed the texture of my hair, how I styled it typically, and talked me through lengths. She'd ask my input as she moved through the process, ensuring I knew what was happening. And she was wonderful to speak to as well!"
